Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an expanding organisation in their search for a Head of Sales.
Head of Sales - Responsibilities:
In charge of supervising all Sales, Business Development, and Marketing initiatives for the organisation
Develop the Sales team's personnel and resources as required, and provide training to newly hired team members
Recognise untapped business domains to expand into and advance the growth of the company
Cultivate and sustain long-lasting client connections by utilising established networks and other sales tools, which will lead to the growth of the customer base
Work closely with the Commercial team members to ensure a top-class client experience throughout all interactions, ranging from needs assessment to delivery and follow-up
Collaborate in a productive manner with the Marketing team to create marketing plans aimed at enticing and retaining clients, as well as promoting the company's capabilities and services to generate revenue
Conduct negotiations for contracts and agreements, and produce proposals and bids for potential clients
Recognise and participate in conferences with the objective of enhancing the company's visibility
Head of Sales - Requirements:
7+ Yrs experience leading a Commercial function within in a Biologics, CDMO
Strong ability to build and grow networks of connections with people of all types and backgrounds
Proven track record of establishing strategic partnerships
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once
