Job description

​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an expanding organisation in their search for a Head of Sales.

Head of Sales - Responsibilities:

  • In charge of supervising all Sales, Business Development, and Marketing initiatives for the organisation

  • Develop the Sales team's personnel and resources as required, and provide training to newly hired team members

  • Recognise untapped business domains to expand into and advance the growth of the company

  • Cultivate and sustain long-lasting client connections by utilising established networks and other sales tools, which will lead to the growth of the customer base

  • Work closely with the Commercial team members to ensure a top-class client experience throughout all interactions, ranging from needs assessment to delivery and follow-up

  • Collaborate in a productive manner with the Marketing team to create marketing plans aimed at enticing and retaining clients, as well as promoting the company's capabilities and services to generate revenue

  • Conduct negotiations for contracts and agreements, and produce proposals and bids for potential clients 

  • Recognise and participate in conferences with the objective of enhancing the company's visibility

Head of Sales - Requirements:

  • 7+ Yrs experience leading a Commercial function within in a Biologics, CDMO

  • Strong ability to build and grow networks of connections with people of all types and backgrounds

  • Proven track record of establishing strategic partnerships 

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once
