Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading organisation who are seeking a Head of Project Management to join their team.
Head of Project Management - Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a high quality Project Management team
Design and implement new processes for projects
Manage internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring timely project delivery
Take overall responsibility for the Project Management function
Set out and manage project timelines, resources and scope of projects
Assist with new business proposal preparation, as required
Support clinical and commercial development initiatives
Assist with development of project integrated master schedules
Head of Project Management - Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or equivalent
Strong previous Project Management experience
Expertise in managing project scopes, timelines & deliverables
Strong leadership and management skills required
Ability to manage large or multiple projects
Excellent communication, organisation, planning and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience with timeline development
Experience with project management concepts, practices, and procedures
