Our client is specializing in life saving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition for critically and chronically ill patients.

Head of Pharmacy Services Responsibilities:

• You will manage Pharmacy Services department, ensuring the team is motivated, appropriately trained, customer focused, proactive, driven, reliable and efficient.

• Produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for all activities associated with the 'Prescription Management' and 'Dispensing' processes.

• Ensure the Pharmacy Services team provide a professional clinical support to external and internal customers.

Head of Pharmacy Requirements:

• Clinical background in the prescribing of adult, neonatal and pediatric parenteral nutrition, and great expertise and knowledge within parenteral nutrition regiment formulation and stability considerations.

• Registered pharmacist with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or aseptic compounding, and involvement in storage and distribution of medical products.

• Previous managerial experience and detailed knowledge of the legal requirements for prescription management (RPSGB).
