Mantell Associates is a multi-award winning Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Executive Search firm based in the City of London, UK. Since being established in January 2019, Mantell Associates has grown from 1 employee to 55 as of March 2023 and has expanded with offices in Miami and Zug. Due to our huge success within the past four years, we are now expanding further in our London office aiming to have a team of 70 by the end of 2023.
We are currently hiring for a Head of Contract Recruitment to help build and drive our contract recruitment division.
The role reports into Alessandro Mantell, our CEO. The successful candidate will be part of the management team and responsible for the full executive search cycle of qualified candidates and clients whilst working alongside a team of associates.
You will have full autonomy to build a desk however you see fit and will work with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit and build a team around you.
Head of Contract Recruitment - Responsibilities:
Working with Head of People and CEO on team staffing requirements
Win new accounts through leveraging and maximising relationships
Plan the Business Development and Go to Market strategy for your division
People management of the associates within your team – call coaching your team, leading 121 development meetings and being a point of contact for questions or queries
Work closely with candidates to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth companies in our network
Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies
Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates in the market, understanding that each interaction is an important part of building our brand and network
Track your market closely and demonstrate curiosity putting yourself in a strong position to unearth potential business leads and market information pertaining to current and potential clients
Head of Contract Recruitment - Requirements:
Previous experience within the Life Science and/or Pharmaceutical recruitment space (Contract Recruitment knowledge and experience in the is essential)
Track record of success in prior roles such as career advancement and progression, exceeding revenue goals
Previous line management experience in some capacity
Ability to juggle many tasks with attention to detail and excellent follow-through in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Exceptional ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with a ‘go-getter’ attitude
