Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a very successful Cell & Gene CDMO who is making a name for themselves in the market with their expertise in all stages of process development and clinical manufacturing for Cell and Gene Therapies.
Responsibilities:
Create a vision for the global Commercial organization and develop, present and execute a best-in-class commercial strategy aimed at achieving or exceeding both top and bottom line growth objectives
Oversee the creation of branding, message, and platforms for all product offerings inclusive of new business development opportunities and provide strong ongoing sales and marketing leadership to drive results and accelerate profitable revenue growth
Build and lead a best-in-class Commercial organization including expansion efforts which support future business objectives and maximize revenue and profitability
Proactively communicate vision, strategy, goals, achievement, accomplishments, and direction to the team and establish high standards of performance
Requirements:
An unrelenting focus on understanding the customer and developing mutually beneficial business solutions. Knows the competition and environmental trends and evaluates implications
Intellectual band-width and acumen to understand and contribute to broader business issues including strategic initiatives, financial considerations, and operating measures
Ability to “speak the language” of business and respond to market needs and customer demands as the business changes and grows
Track record of working with and positively influencing people across a multitude of diverse situations and in establishing collaborative relationships with peers. Fosters teamwork and facilitates conflict resolution
