Job description

​Mantell Associates are partnered with one of the most exciting, dynamic Small & Large Molecule CDMOs in their search for a Head of B2B Strategy & Out-Licensing. You will be part of the senior leadership team, driving strategy and shaping the future of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Financial Delivery: Develop the B2B five-year strategy to maximise the value of the pipeline and established business.

  • Customer Service: Identify the capabilities, processes and organisational structure that will be required to deliver the strategy and execute it.

  • Product Value: To develop and build best in class commercial capabilities to deliver product strategies and plans.

  • Customer Value and Partnership: Translating and realising the product plans into partnership strategies with customers that build greater value than just licencing.

  • Pipeline: Shaping the product development pipeline that will be required to enhance the future value of this business.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: The ability to listen, influence and shape change through direct and indirect reporting and across geographies, strong collaboration skills, influencing and manage change in complex organizational structures.

  • A proven track record of strategic thinking with the ability to turn a strategy into an executable plan that delivers results above the market.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of the European, and to some extent the global generic market. Understanding of the current and future product and customer environment and portfolio.

  • In- and out-licensing / IP deals / clinical stage deals / Commercial stage deals.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of international pharmaceutical business.
