Mantell Associates is partnered with an innovative Biotech organisation, in their search for a Group Leader of Automation & IT.
Group Leader of Automation & IT – Responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary management, as well as development of the automation group, including IT/OT, including induction and training
- Task distribution, goal setting and performance management
- Central, responsible contact person for needs Automation solutions
- Covering the automation part of technical system projects, as well as Automation and IT/OT projects
- Ensuring the reliable operation of the automation systems including IT/OT
- Infrastructure through, for example, recurring maintenance measures time requirements, or troubleshooting in the event of disruptions (according to internal service Level Agreement), in collaboration with the responsible departments
- Ensuring the application of valid standards and recognized technical rules in the area of responsibility
- Ensuring technical and GMP compliance Documentation, according to specifications
- Ensuring and, if necessary, actively developing efficient administrative systems and organizational processes in the area of responsibility
- Coordination of external service providers and Cooperation partner
- Ensuring the qualification of the systems and the implementation of CSV (Computer System Validation)
Group Leader of Automation & IT – Requirements:
- Engineering degree in the field of automation technology or electrical engineering or a technical degree in connection with corresponding detailed knowledge of automation technology
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Management skills both with regard to external service providers and in the automation group
- Accuracy, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience combined with organizational talent and strong communication skills characterize the working style
- Hands-on mentality
- Confident use of MS Office products
- Very good written and spoken German and English
