Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative European Small Molecule CDMO organisations who are searching for a Director Strategic Accounts to join their team.
You will cover: drug product tablets and capsules.
Director Strategic Accounts - Responsibilities:
Able to achieve targeted access goals with assigned accounts
Developing and executing innovative market access strategies as well as traditional strategies
Implement and execute Strategic Account Plans in cooperation with relevant functions (MSLs, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access)
Establish strong relationships with Sales teams and provide on-going clear communication
Strong collaboration counterparts and leadership team
Maintain and build good relationship with key stakeholders
Identify emerging customers and support team to adapt to changes
Ensure processes are in place to drive clear communication with sales teams to ensure clarity of access positions and support pull-through efforts
Director Strategic Accounts - Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required; a Master's Degree is a strong plus
4-5 years of account management experience, other managed markets experience, or other related experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to analyze/use data and incorporate understanding into decision criteria
Innovative thinker with an understanding of legal/regulatory environment
