Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most exciting and dynamic Small Molecule CDMOs on a global scale in their search for a Regional Director of Sales (US).
Your mission is to drive the products sales and profitability growth within the region.
Regional Sales Director – Responsibilities:
Accountable for delivering the annual sales budget and gross margin budget in the region.
Manages the customer base to oversee the existing business.
Create and execute sales programs for new prospective clients to increase awareness of the company’s products offering and key differentiators from our competition.
Identifies and develops grow opportunities.
Develops and implements account management plans for strategic global customers.
Negotiates complex, long-term contracts (Supply Agreements, Development Agreements, Licensing Agreements).
Captures and analyses market data to prepare and implements product market strategies on a global basis.
Regional Sales Director – Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of selling inhalation, nasal, or drug devices.
Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
Established contacts in major pharmaceutical organizations and a strong understanding of market drivers
