They are currently searching for a Director of Machine Learning to join their growing team.

Director of Machine Learning - Responsibilities:

• Work with the senior leadership team to manage and mentor the growing team of machine learning scientists

• Design and lead development of novel ML / AI algorithms and models that can increase efficacy and efficiency of traditional drug discovery pipelines

• Support your team to develop and deploy ML methods to analyse data from diverse data sets

• Engineer robust, reusable platform components while working cross-functionally (R&D, Software Engineering etc.)

Director of Machine Learning - Requirements:

• PhD in a quantitative discipline (Bioinformatics, Statistics, Data Science, Machine Learning etc) with at least 8 years experience applying Data / AI /ML solutions to life science related questions

• Extensive experience developing models using modern Machine learning and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc)

• Significant experience designing experiments that generate datasets that can be applied to ML algorithms and models

• Strong understanding of the Biotech drug development pipeline, with a focus on oncology highly desirable
