Are you looking for a role where you can advance your career within a rapidly growing CDMO?

This organisation has expertise across cell line and process development, analytical development, aseptic fill & finish and GMP manufacturing. They have a fantastic new facility recently opened in the US and offer world class R&D and GMP services.

They are looking for a Director of Business Development who will build lasting relationships across top pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts. This individual must possess a hunter mindset and will be trusted with complete autonomy in the role.

Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial responsibilities within the EU region for production of large molecules

  • Attend conferences and be a company ambassador within the industry

  • Develop effective sales and marketing processes with the intent of targeting clients that have the potential to substantially increase market share

  • Foster the development of senior level customer relationships, including the negotiation of contract agreements

Director of Business Development Requirements:

  • At least MSc in Natural Sciences

  • Must have outstanding analytical thinking capacities, to deliver facts-based evaluations and decision making

  • Good understanding of Biological Manufacturing processes

  • Fluent English +1 other European language
