​Mantell Associates is partnered with one of the largest Life Science consultancies in the world right now. This organisation have gone through yet another hypergrowth in 2022 and are currently searching for x3 Director Client Services - Life Sciences to cover the US. They focus on everything Audits, Business Transformation, Deals (M/A) and strategy and are ideally looking for those with previous business development experience.

Director Client Services - Responsibilities.

  • All aspects of programme and project management; holding accountability for delivery to cost, time and quality parameters.

  • Working closely with major Account managers you will lead the development of key client relationships at board (CxO) and senior management levels.

  • Working with clients to assure the value delivered from the business outcomes that the programmes you lead will enable and that clients achieve the benefits they see.

  • Taking the lead role in sales and pre-sales activity; driving innovation and working closely with clients to shape the solutions they need and win business.

  • Using your expertise and experience to contribute to the development of method and expanding the knowledge base of the programme management practice

Director Client Services Requirements.

  • 10-15 years’ experience

  • Possess an extensive network and knowledge of the Life Sciences sector.

  • Successful track record of leading major pursuits for national clients with large property portfolios and capital programmes.

  • Proven experience in a senior level role running a large team of multi-discipline consultants.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire people.
