Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading Management Consultancy in their search for a Consultant specialising within Competitive Intelligence.

Consultant, Competitive Intelligence - Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing small teams in the design, development and delivery of medium sized- consulting projects as well as components of larger and complex projects

• Relationship building with key stakeholders overseeing the execution and delivery of client deliverables

• Work in cross functional teams across different geographic locations

• Develop a broad knowledge of Pharmaceutical consulting methodologies through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities

• Assist with key business proposals and business development initiatives

• Lead and coach junior members of team in their development and growth

• Conduct primary and secondary research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify key client issues, translating the data into meaningful insights and communicating recommendations to key decision makers

Consultant, Competitive Intelligence - Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in Consulting, preferably in the Life Science space and with a focus on Competitive Intelligence

• Experience leading teams of analysts within the Life Science Consulting space

• Strategic Competitive Intelligence experience working across multiple therapy areas

• EU4 or Global CI experience in project scope

• Experience managing and communicating with clients and being the key point of contact on certain projects

• Strong understanding of both primary and secondary market research

• Ability to operate with autonomy and trust form senior management team
