This exciting Life Science Consultancy are looking for a manager to join their Commercial sector with a specialisation in Competitive Intelligence. This role will focus on the US market but with the global reach the firm has someone who is comfortable with multiple markets is preferred. A hybrid working model is in place and the geographic preference would be either New York City or Los Angeles. Managers lead up to four projects at any given time with clients. As well as leading cross functional teams and training junior members of staff.
This Consultancy are the leading global service provides who work throughout the life science filed and have a niche focus on competitive intelligence as well as areas such as commercial strategy.
They have a global reach with offices in both Europe and the USA and currently stand at a head count of just under 150 individuals.
Manager - Responsibilities:
Working as the Client Lead, Managers work directly with the client to effectively scope projects, define client’s strategic objectives, and take ownership for high-quality delivery. They develop strong relationships internally and externally to ensure ongoing commercial success.
Manging up to 4 projects simultaneously and being comfortable with leading teams of 5 on small to medium sized pharmaceutical projects including analysts, consultants and senior consultants.
Understanding competitive threats in the space, competitive deep dives, and more general areas of commercial strategy to give clients cutting edge insights.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and staff development, including line management and training
3-5 years’ experience
Competitive Intelligence background or commercial strategy
Line management experience
