Mantell Associates are partnered with a boutique consultancy in the USA currently undergoing incredible growth, on the search for a Hematology / Oncology Director to assist with their growth.
This Life Science Consultancy have a niche within Competitive Intelligence and need a Director with expertise in the therapeutic areas of: Hematology and Oncology. Experience managing multiple projects as well as coaching 4-5 junior staff members is highly desired, as the business seeks to build out training structures for their future development.
The position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the USA.
Future growth within the organisation will be rapid in accordance with their continued growth. Expect to see your ideas for business development realised and be given ownership of these. You should be comfortable being trusted to bring projects to fruition on your own, while also being given the correct structured support to excel.
Hematology / Oncology Director – Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, working directly with them to qualify and win projects
Take ownership of business development and upselling existing projects for increased budget and further billable hours
Spearhead an intimate understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech competitive landscape
Continually strive to improve staff and business operations development including training and management responsibilities.
