JOB SUMMARY:

​

• Continuously improve scientific-medical knowledge through high quality medical education and training interventions.

• Drive and act as supervisor for local Clinical trials.

• Provide coaching, direction and leadership to direct reports in order to drive motivation, engagement and high performance in the organization.

• Monitor Performance of employees through Performance Management Process.

• Enhance development of employees through effective use of Individual Development Planning.

• Support an effective cooperation with the collaboration partner in Medical Affairs.

• Act as an active member of the Business Area Central Management Team.

• Ensure local inspection readiness.

• Ensure compliance of all Medical Affairs activities with Code of Conduct, internal SOPs and all relevant local legal regulations.

• Act as Medical Advisor

• Monitor and optimize Performance of external service provider in Medical Information.

• Act as key source of knowledge/information on understanding of the medical environment, company's & competitor's product data and unmet medical needs.

• Provide medical input to Annual Business Plan, Brand Strategies and Promotional Materials.

• Ensure that scientific and medical activities are aligned with integrated Affiliate Brand Plan.
