Chief Sales Officer - Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for the business development business unit
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Analyse market trends, identify customer needs, and build strong relationships
Oversee product launches and ensure regulatory compliance
Manage sales budgets and explore strategic partnerships
Chief Sales Officer - Requirements:
Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline
15+ years of sales leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, specifically Chemistry Drug Discovery
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong business acumen and understanding of Drug Discovery
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
