COO - Responsibilities:

• Spearhead operations within the organisation and take full top level responsibility

• Work closely with the CEO to define operational strategy and direction

• Continue to build a high performing GMP team with a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

• Play a key role in directing future growth and success of the organisation

• Provide a best in class CRDMO service to Biotech & Pharma

COO - Requirements:

• Bsc. in Chemistry or a related Life Science discipline, Msc. or PhD highly preferred, MBA also desirable

• Minimum of 15 years experience in R&D or Pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Extremely strong knowledge of Contact Manufacturing ideally gained inside a CDMO or CRO

• Proven track record within GMP production at executive leadership level

• Extensive experience in Drug Discovery Chemistry​
