Are you looking for an opportunity to take a commanding, strategic leadership role at one of the most progressive organisations in the Biologics space?


  • Identifying, originating, and closing deals on multi-year CRO contracts in biologics partners.

  • High-energy, business development professional who can recognise opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting relationships.

  • Support the Director of New Channel Development in developing and driving the group’s Global Accounts business;

  • Work in cooperation with group HQ functions and subsidiaries globally;

  • Own and maintain global accounts database, monitoring and reporting;

  • Manage and create agreement frameworks, launch plans and implementation plans;

  • Deliver the budgeted sales number (Machines in Field);


  • Extensive experience in the Large Molecule CRO industry.

  • Have a strong network in the United States and relative focus areas.

  • Must have worked with partners / customers in these geographies directly, with networks with relevant decision makers / influencers in these companies.

  • Business Commercialisation

  • 6-7 years key accounts sales / business development experience – prerequisite

  • Experienced in working directly with senior management teams
