Mantell Associates has been successfully partnering with an extraordinary organisation that focus within the Cell & Gene Therapy market that is now looking to onboard a new Chief Commercial Officer to help on the continuous growth.

Chief Commercial Officer - Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO to carefully design and implement business strategy
Implement and monitor budget for the company
Meet measure and exceed performance results, within agreed budget. Actively analyse sales performances against quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
Analyse the activity within the company’s industry to develop the best and most effective business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPI
Ensure employees are performing both efficiently and effectively
To train and provide ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for staff to maximise their performance
To review performance to ensure that current strategies are meeting changing customer needs — and wider market circumstances
Chief Commercial Officer - Requirements:
BSc, MSc is required (Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related)
Strong, proven commercial background
Familiar with CDMO/CRDMO market
Solid knowledge of business infrastructure
Demonstrable experience of managing operational performance within financial budgets
Proven ability to attract new sales and retain existing customers
Demonstrable personal leadership qualities
