Mantell Associates has formed a partnership with a dynamic organisation that is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its commercial team, the business focus on offering a unique, high-quality, distinctive and tailored integrated drug discovery service to their clients. This role involves overseeing all commercial activities within the business and driving revenue growth.

 

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Responsibilities:

  • Assume full accountability for the Commercial function, including overseeing Profit and Loss

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and drive implementation of new sales processes across the organisation

  • Successfully secure multi-year contracts from initial identification to signed agreement

  • Negotiate large-scale partnership agreements

  • Collaborate with group HQ functions and subsidiaries

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Requirements:

  • Possesses strong business development skills, able to identify and convert leads into long-term relationships

  • Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within the Life Science industry

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams

  • Brings extensive industry experience and established network within industry

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure large contracts
