Mantell Associates has formed a partnership with a dynamic organisation that is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its commercial team. This role involves overseeing all commercial activities within the business and driving revenue growth
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Responsibilities:
Assume full accountability for the Commercial function, including overseeing Profit and Loss
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and drive implementation of new sales processes across the organisation
Successfully secure multi-year contracts from initial identification to signed agreement
Negotiate large-scale partnership agreements
Collaborate with group HQ functions and subsidiaries
Manage and maintain global accounts, providing regular monitoring and reporting
Develop agreement frameworks and launch effective implementation plans
Achieve budgeted sales target
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Requirements:
Possesses strong business development skills, able to identify and convert leads into long-term relationships
Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within the Life Science industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams
Brings extensive industry experience and established network within industry
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure large contracts
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and comprehensive knowledge of the market landscape
Skilled in working collaboratively with Senior Management teams, as well as Partners and other key decision makers within the industry
Experienced in managing key accounts and driving business development efforts
