Mantell Associates is partnering with an exciting and innovative CRO focused on offering high quality flexible research services to their clients with a completely different approach to typical CRO's. We are assisting them in their search of a Business Development Manager.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CRO sales experience, with a track record of success selling into the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries

  • Strong network of contacts and relationships in the industry

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
