Mantell Associates is partnering with an exciting and innovative CRO focused on offering high quality flexible research services to their clients with a completely different approach to typical CRO's. We are assisting them in their search of a Business Development Manager.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Business Development Manager Requirements:
3+ years of CRO sales experience, with a track record of success selling into the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries
Strong network of contacts and relationships in the industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
