Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Prospect, generate and develop new leads and business opportunities
Plan, coordinate and execute all client sales activities alongside collaborating with scientific experts
Network and build relationships at a decision-maker level across key accounts
Work cross-functionally with Operations and the internal BD team to direct and coordinate client visits
Account planning & execution and forecasting responsibilities
Business Development Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience in managing the sales process from lead generation through to closing; including prospecting, networking and follow-ups
Experience in creating and executing territory sales plans
Knowledge and contacts within the Global Parma/Biotech industry (preferred)
A good command of English and German; both spoken and written. Other European languages are also desired
