​​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leader in designing, manufacturing, and selling individually serialised, calibrated and certified lab instruments in the search for a Business Development Lead across Europe.

Business Development Lead - Responsibilities:

  • ​Maintain strong, direct customer relationships; fully mapping customer decision-makers and understanding the customer’s organization and needs.

  • Maintain knowledge of product portfolio with the ability to provide value-added, solutions-oriented options to our customers.

  • Maintain updated customer VOC, sharing with broader business team to pinpoint appropriate product and service offerings for development; Support in market research to assess and increase market share.

  • Market lead generation, follow-up, quotes and negotiation

Business Development Lead - Requirements:

  • An understanding of the importance of customer service and relationship building in a B2B Life Science environment.

  • A knowledge of the features and benefits of the latest generation Test and Measurement Laboratory Instruments.

  • Experience, knowledge and understanding for business development within key markets, such as Healthcare sector.

  • A knowledge of sales techniques through the use of effective questioning and objection handling.
