​​Mantell Associates are partnered with one of the leading European CDMO’s in France in their search for a Business Development Director. You will be directly working the senior leadership team and reporting into their Vice President of Sales.

Business Development Director - Responsibilities:

·         Managing a team of 2 direct reports

·         Working closely with the team, you will strategically plan and work on maintaining existing clients as well as targeting new business

·         You will use the data provided to analyse and capitalise on market opportunities

·         Developing new clients through the use of existing networks and other sales tools

·         Independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development

Business Development Director - Requirements:

·         A strong network of pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers.

·         You must possess strong influencing skills

·         7+ years’ experience with drug product sales
