Mantell Associates is excited to be partnered with a boutique CDMO in the West Europe region who are a full service provider across analytical development, cGMP batch production, and stability testing.

This organisation have expertise across oral dosage forms including capsules, tablets, and granules and are looking to expand their sterile injectables manufacturing lines areas. In particular they are looking to significantly advance their capabilities in cell and gene therapies production.

They are looking for a Business Development Director who will build lasting relationships across top pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts within the West and South EU region. This individual with operate with autonomy but will benefit from industry-leading coaching.

Business Development Director Drug Product Responsibilities

  • Prospecting across West and South Europe into pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies

  • Attend conferences and be a brand ambassador within Europe

  • Contribute to internal group strategy

  • Oversee all sites within the EU region for production of small and large molecules

 

Business Development Director Drug Product Requirements

  • Masters Degree / PhD in Biological sciences or related field

  • 3-8 years’ experience in a CDMO

  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing process and quality control / assurance guidelines

  • Fluent English + 1 other European language
