Business Development Director - Responsibilities:

  • Creating market strategies for the business.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Conducting periodic market research and analysis.

  • Implementing strategies to minimise operating costs and increase profits.

  • Training other business development staff in the organisation.

  • Attending conferences and events on behalf of the business.

Business Development Director - Requirements:

  • Proven business development and sales experience.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Detail-oriented.
