​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a vertically integrated, global CMO on their search for a Business Development Director. They have a focus on GMP intermediates, API’s and excipients with manufacturing sites over the US and China.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.

·         Research markets and emerging market trends.

·         Working closely with the team, you will strategically plan and work on maintaining existing clients as well as targeting new business

·         You will use the data provided to analyse and capitalise on market opportunities

·         Developing new clients through the use of existing networks and other sales tools

 

Requirements:

·         5-8 years of relevant experience in business development activities and/or sales.

·         Ability of multi-task.

·         Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

·         Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
