Job description

​Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a world leading and family owned CDMO organisation on their search for a Business Development Director to grow out their presence in the US even further.

Business Development Director Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Business Development Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong understanding of the CDMO market, particularly in North America

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to work in a cross-functional and international team environment
