Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a world leading and family owned CDMO organisation on their search for a Business Development Director to grow out their presence in the US even further.
Business Development Director Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Business Development Director Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of the CDMO market, particularly in North America
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work in a cross-functional and international team environment
