Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a Top 5 and market leading CDMO organisation having exponential growth globally who are on the search for a Business Development Director across the Europe territory with an experience across Advanced Delivery Systems (ADS).
Business Development Director - Responsibilities:
Develop long-term profitable customer relationships, generate sales revenue and identify new business opportunities for the Advanced Delivery Systems (ADS) business Unit.
To support new business exploration, business strategy development and delivery of commercial activities to ensure that sales revenue is maximised.
Identify and review market trends (including but not limited to competitive activity, regulatory requirements, prices, user requirements and customer developments) and to feed this information into the ADS business unit on a regular basis.
Inform, collaborate, effectively influence and motivate colleagues, with a range of experience levels, to develop their skills and improve their knowledge of customer needs to aid in effective solution provisions.
