​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an up and coming Cell & Gene CDMO. Their CDMO services will include process development, analytical development, cell banking, fill finish and regulatory support.

Do you have a PhD in the Cell and Gene field? Are you looking to be be involved with cutting-edge technology and to help top experts in the field (throughout the world) and help them build the tools needed to explore new potential therapies.

Associate Director of Sales ​Responsibilities:

  • Looking after a team of 4-5 talented and highly scientific Account Managers & Territory managers

  • Drive the team and help them develop commercially

  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.

Associate Director of Sales Requirements:

  • Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or related field (Ph.D. highly preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
