Zara graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Pharmacy in Australia back in 2016. Following this, she entered the recruitment industry in the UK where she gained experience in headhunting and client relationships. Before the pandemic she moved back to Australia where she worked as a Pharmacist at a Children's Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit. In this role she worked on the front-line, often involved with clinical trials, gene therapies and novel pharmaceuticals for critically unwell children.
Having now relocated back to London, she is utilising her extensive pharmaceutical knowledge and experience, working in the Large Molecule arm of Mantell Associates. She covers senior level appointments, including C-Suite. Her responsibilities include partnering with new clients, managing accounts and building long-lasting relationships within the biologics industry with top professionals across the globe.
