Valentina joined the Mantell Associates team in October 2022 as an Associate. Valentina achieved her Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and has previously worked in an executive search firm working on a broad range of goals. She now specialises in headhunting within the Pharmaceutical and Life Science space.
Valentina has joined the MA team to support the US expansion and incoming hypergrowth of business.
