Before joining Mantell Associates, Stephanie had over three years of extensive experience in full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing across multiple industries, most recently in technology.
In 2023, Stephanie made the move across to the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical market to aid Mantell Associates with our growth and will be liaising with both candidates and clients across the industry.
Currently she is partnered with multiple businesses across the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, CDMO/CMO, CRO, Medical Device and Life Science Consultancy space, excelling their future development plans through both Contingent and Retained search.
