Mantell Associates is partnered with a reputable CDMO organisation and aims to strengthen its Sales team by appointing a Key Account Director. ​

Key Account Director - Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to identify, target, and win new business

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry

  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers, and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales

  • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management, and provide regular updates on progress towards sales targets

Key Account Director - Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field

  • Proven track record of sales success in the industry, including selling to biopharmaceutical companies, CDMOs/CRDMOs, and related organisations

  • Strong knowledge of industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
